Tab Position Issue

I'm 95% sure it's colourful tabs doing this, It stops when I disable it.

2 problems, when I select another window my tabs move so that the active one is on the far right.

Then when I select Firefox again, If i do it by clicking a tab that I want to go to I end up with a completely different tab.
The tab that gets selected is as if you were all the way on the left of the tabs when you select it.

Please let me know if you require more explanation or screenshots.
Anyone else had this issue ? And Any chance of a fix? =]
