All but 2 and 3 are solved.
November 28, 2014 at 10:57 am in reply to: V25.3 Bar Underneath Tabs Appeared After Update, No Way To Turn It Off #16957Shivanand SharmaKeymasterI see this the other way round:
I like the tab stack bar a lot, but only to visualy improve the difference to other tabs (see attached image 1). So it's a good thing, except when you have only one tab and set the option to hide the tabs when there's only one.
This worked fine in all previous versions, but since 25.4 I have this bar also when the tabs are hidden (see image 2). Anyway, I liked it better than it was before (stack bar visible with multiple tabs and invisible with only one tab)

November 27, 2014 at 10:26 am in reply to: V25.3 Bar Underneath Tabs Appeared After Update, No Way To Turn It Off #16955Shivanand SharmaKeymasterPlease re-add the ability to hide the tab-stack.
I don't want to use this add-on otherwise (and I love it).

November 26, 2014 at 7:40 pm in reply to: V25.3 Bar Underneath Tabs Appeared After Update, No Way To Turn It Off #16952Shivanand SharmaKeymaster1) After investigation in the "Tweaks" tab, the option "Display Tab-Stack below the tabs (the thick colored line)" was removed.
2) There is no mention of it being removed in the Change log at http://ctab.binaryturf.com/vu-25-3.html.
3) Please give url for better change log or developer changes, maybe where src code is located.November 26, 2014 at 7:28 pm in reply to: V25.3 Bar Underneath Tabs Appeared After Update, No Way To Turn It Off #16949Shivanand SharmaKeymasterhere is screenshot of updated version 25.3 and older version 25.1
Shivanand SharmaKeymasterI second that, adding support for firefox sync to allow synchronization of settings across computers would be very nice (especially since colortabs has so many settings)
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2226479Thanks for your work !
Shivanand SharmaKeymasterReally like: 4) Color the toolbar with the color of the current tab.
It would be AMAZING if the text of the tab currently selected was WHITE with all other tab text BLACK (or vice-versa, controllable). Sometimes I have issues telling which tab is currently open... bolded text is not enough, but a distinctive text color would be instantly noticeable.
Thanks for "listening"...

Shivanand SharmaKeymasterGreat job with version 24.7! Been waiting for this for ages. Personally, I could handle the border radius going up to about 15 in a future version I think 🙂
Still my favourite add-on after all these years.
Simon T.Shivanand SharmaKeymasterI would like to request new features:
1) Create a "Transparent Tabs" section:
a) "Color Current Tab [Only]"
b) "Make All Tabs Transparent"
2) Custom tab font style: with text box showing current font color and a button to popup a color dialog box (allow user to choose font color, width, family, drop-shadow, etc).Explanation: Sometimes when i have lots of tabs i would like to only color the current tab. It would also be a nice feature to have an all tabs transparent option too. Font style would be important and if you can use the operating system default fonts would be nice.
What does everyone think?Shivanand SharmaKeymasterI have used Colorful Tabs for ages, and set colors by domain, but on this latest update i have noticed a difference with the about:blank tab. This tab is set to rbg(225, 225, 225), and has never been a problem, but now it has started showing up as light blue about half the time. I have only noticed this with the about:blank tab, though that does not necessarily mean it isn't a problem with other domains, and I haven't noticed it yet.
Shivanand SharmaKeymasterI agree. I love the add-on, but it was much nicer with the rounder corners.
Thank you so much for all your work on this add-on. I've been using it for years, and as someone who has loads of tabs open, it is very useful.
Shivanand SharmaKeymasterI too would request rounded tabs, perhaps using Mozilla's Australis UI version and allow me to color by domain. I actually like the new look of the tabs.
Thanks
Shivanand SharmaKeymasterMe too! I love the add on, but prefer the rounded corners on the active tab...
